From how credits work to what onboarding looks like - here’s what you need to know before getting started.
ACS Smart Sourcing is a subscription-based recruitment service. Instead of paying per hire, you get a dedicated recruiter, a set number of credits and year-round support for your hiring needs. Think of it as recruiting a whole team of talent managers for the cost of a junior hire.
You’ll get access to a dedicated recruiter, tailored sourcing strategies, CV screening, interview coordination and ongoing insights - all wrapped in a fixed-fee credit system.
Each credit equals one full recruitment process for a role. Use them as needed across the year and top up with bolt-ons if things get busy.
Credits must be used within the 12 months of starting the agreement and cannot be carried over into the subsequent year.
You cannot downgrade during the 12-month plan; however, you can add additional credits when needed in blocks of 5. If you don’t need as many credits in the following year, we can address this when you come to your renewal.
In the pro package you will be matched with a dedicated recruiter who will act on your behalf for all your hiring needs. This person will be identified during the onboarding process.
